As Brooklyn's first supertall skyscraper, the aim was to craft an iconic symbol paying homage to the borough's history set on a small triangular site. By prioritizing adaptive reuse by giving new life to the site’s existing building, and eliminating onsite parking, the residential project prioritizes environmentally conscious practices. A range of housing options are offered and include condominiums and rental apartments, with 30 percent designated as affordable housing.
